International visitors, when on an official mission to the city – in groups or individually - have the support of the Mayor’s Office for International Affairs to schedule meetings and technical visits to the city’s secretariats and departments.

To request a visit, fill the request form and send it to the email internacional@curitiba.pr.gov.br.

Frequent Asked Questions

What should I know before requesting a visit?
You need to send the request at least 15 days in advance so that we have time to organize the appointments.

Within 72 hours after you send us the email with the completed form, we will send confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam inbox or contact us at +55 41 3350-8141.

Do you charge for the visits?
No. The official and technical visits are a free service offered by Curitiba City Hall. It is expressly prohibited that third parties charge groups or delegations for the agenda arrangements.

May I request a virtual meeting?
Yes, in most cases. Taking into account the limitations to international travels, it is possible to schedule virtual meetings with the secretariats and departments.

Can City Hall offer financial aid to cover my group’s travel costs?
No. We do not offer any kind of financial aid for the visits and meetings in the city.

What language will be used in the meetings?
According to availability, the meetings can be conducted in Portuguese, English, Spanish or French. We are going to share this information in advance and, if necessary, the visitors must hire interpreters to assist in communication.

Will my group have the opportunity to meet the mayor during the visit?
Due to the various appointments on the mayor’s schedule, in most cases it will not be possible to meet him in person during the visit

What should I do before the visit?
We will send you an agenda with the details about the appointments we have arranged. You must review the document and report back any discrepancies or problems encountered.

Plan your routes in advance and check the travel time to the meeting place, avoiding delays.

What are the recommendations for the day of the visit?
We recommend that visitors arrive 10 minutes in advance for scheduled appointments. If you run late, please inform us immediately by calling +55 41 3350-8141.

Taking pictures and videos during the appointments is allowed, unless a City Hall representative informs otherwise.

Visitas Técnicas y Oficiales

Los extranjeros, cuando arriban en misión oficial a la ciudad, en grupos o individualmente, cuentan con el apoyo de la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales del Gabinete del Alcalde para programar reuniones y visitas técnicas a los departamentos y órganos de la administración municipal.

Para programar una cita, es necesario llenar el formulario de solicitud y enviarlo a internacional@curitiba.pr.gov.br.

¿Qué debo saber antes de solicitar la visita?
El pedido debe ser enviado con al menos 15 días de antelación para que tengamos tiempo de organizar la agenda.

Hasta 72 horas después que nos envíe el correo electrónico con el formulario completo, le responderemos con la confirmación de recibimiento. En caso de no haber recibido una respuesta, revise su carpeta de spam o contáctenos al +55 41 3350-8141.

¿Las visitas son gratuitas?
Sí. La programación de visitas oficiales y técnicas es un servicio gratuito que ofrece la Alcaldía de Curitiba. Queda expresamente prohibido que terceros cobren a grupos o delegaciones por la programación de la agenda.

¿Es posible solicitar reuniones y visitas virtuales?
Sí, en la mayoría de los casos. Dadas las limitaciones de los viajes internacionales, es posible programar reuniones virtuales con los órganos y departamentos.

¿Puede la Alcaldía ofrecer ayuda financiera a mi grupo para los gastos de viaje?
No. No ofrecemos ningún tipo de ayuda económica para las visitas y reuniones en la ciudad.

¿En qué idioma se llevarán a cabo las reuniones?
Dependiendo de la disponibilidad, las reuniones pueden realizarse en portugués, inglés, español o francés. Esta información será notificada con antelación y, de ser necesario, los solicitantes deben contratar intérpretes para ayudar en la comunicación.

¿Tendrá el grupo la oportunidad de conocer al alcalde durante la visita?
Debido a los diversos compromisos en la agenda del alcalde, en la mayoría de los casos no será posible encontrarse con él personalmente durante la visita.

¿Qué debo hacer antes de la visita?
Le será enviada una agenda con los detalles de las citas que hemos organizado. Debe revisar el documento e informar cualquier discrepancia o problema encontrado.

Planifique sus rutas con anticipación y consulte el tiempo de viaje hasta el lugar de encuentro, evitando atrasos.

¿Cuáles son las recomendaciones para el día de la visita?
Recomendamos que los visitantes lleguen con 10 minutos de anticipación a las citas programadas. En caso de atrasos, infórmenos inmediatamente llamando al +55 41 3350-8141.

Es permitido tomar fotografías y videos durante las citas, a menos que un representante de la Alcaldía informe lo contrario.
